By using My Kind of Smart, you agree to these terms. They're written to be short and readable.

Who can use it

You need to be at least 13 years old to make an account. You're responsible for keeping access to your email or Google account secure.

What the site is, and isn't

My Kind of Smart suggests study methods and helps you keep track of what works for you. It isn't medical, psychological, or professional educational advice, and it doesn't diagnose anything. It also isn't a replacement for school accommodations, tutoring, or support from a doctor or counselor.

Your content

The courses, flashcards, notes, and playlists you create belong to you. You give us permission to store them only so we can show them back to you. Please don't put anyone else's private information in the site.

Links to other sites

Video playlists link to YouTube and other sites we don't control. Their own terms and privacy policies apply there.

Using the site fairly

Don't try to access other people's accounts, overload the site, or use it for anything illegal. We may suspend accounts that do.

No guarantees

We work hard to keep the site running and your data safe, but the site is provided "as is." We can't promise it will always be available or error-free, and we're not responsible for lost data or grades. Keep your own copies of anything important.

Changes

We may update the site or these terms. If we make an important change, we'll update the date at the top.
